About Me

I just found out about the BHS website through the recent article in the Post-Gazette.   My family and I live in the Pittsburgh area.  I spent about 6 years in the Cambridge, MA area (graduate school at MIT), 3 years in the Fairfield, CT area (worked in NYC), 9 years in the San Francisco, CA area (worked for Chevron and A.T. Kearney), and 22 years back in Pittsburgh (Alcoa and several consulting firms).   My daughter has picked up my tennis interests (yes, BHS had a tennis team for a few years in the 60s) as she plays tennis year round and is ranked in the USTA Middle States (G16) in the upper 20s.   I hope to see some old friends at future BHS activities.

Hi Bob, I remember you coming to the house on Friday evenings, to collect for your Post Gazette paper route, my mother always enjoyed hearing about your interests and probably delayed you from finishing on time. Ironic you read about the reunion in the Post Gazette! My brother is in Columbus, OH, married Anthea Martin (Class '70). (I started a note earlier, but in disappeared, so if this is repetitive, at least it came to you.
I am in Boston area. Regarding the pictures, I sent some other BHS trivia to David Manco/Bob Eich who are collecting organizing these treasurse, it is fun to hear about everyone. Great to hear from you! Marylou

Yes, you would have been MIT, congratulations. For me the years have been good, but not much tennis. Rick Patrick - [email protected]

Bob, that's an excellent idea. Let me talk to some of the committee members about it.

Your class was very well represented at both picnics. I'll try to get you a list of who attended each.

Welcome to the website! I'm guessing class of '64 or '65. Did you make it to either reunion picnic? If we can be of any service, just let me know. Al Smith
